A few years ago I bought some books about working out at home.
Why I Love It:
It will help keep me looking young as I get older. And keep me healthy for the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I'm doing my best for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And sometimes I get my inspiration by looking at great photos of fitness models and members of bodyspace. Also I'm a proud member of the DO WORK Crew!

After a good start to my fitness regimen it looks as though I've been sidelined for a little while. I think I might have gone a little too gung ho on lifting heavy. :) I've been having joint pain in my right hip and shoulder for about a week or two. I think it's because I failed to use...
