A few years ago I bought some books about working out at home.
Why I Love It:
It will help keep me looking young as I get older. And keep me healthy for the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I'm doing my best for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And sometimes I get my inspiration by looking at great photos of fitness models and members of bodyspace.
Also I'm a proud member of the DO WORK Crew!

Monday: Full Body workout:
Over head shoulder press, 2 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell bicep curls, 2 sets of 10 reps
Overhead triceps extension, 2 sets of 10 reps
One arm dumbbell rows, 2 sets of 10 reps
Abs: leg lifts, 15 reps, Crunches, at least 1 set of 15.
Thats great! I have to cut any sweet stuff out completely.. even fruit makes me crave bad stuff.. once I have a little I need more....YOu are doing great! Keep it up!
Progress is coming along good. I decided to post progress pics every two weeks so that the difference can be seen. I will post new pics next week. Weight is still coming off every day.. Yayyyy
