My baby biceps! A lil Ab Action-long way 2 go!
Believe it or not, but my biceps are kinda hard for me to get bigger. They're forming nicely, but they aren't the biggest part of my "guns!"
I've been working out 4x/wk for about 3 months in this pic. Need to work on eating habits to see the true fruit of my labor with these muscles!
