Nutrilite Complex for Hair, Skin, & Nails

Reason: I love this product. I actually love the whole Nutrilite brand, but I love this particular product because it provides a great formula of vitamins and minerals (all naturally based) designed to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. It's not a workout supplement, but it's a wonderful compliment in achieving a more healthier you.

Reason: I heard that this product really delivered when it came to weight loss and I would say that I am very happy with it. I started out using Hydroxycut Max and although it worked well, I hated having to take multiple capsules and I didn't like the overall feeling it gave me. It did give me energy and curb hunger, but along with all of that I also got extrememly nauseous and dizzy throughout the day even with lots of water, and no matter how early I took the capsules I always had trouble falling asleep at night. Dren is only 1 capsule a day and the euphoric affect isn't as intense in the beginning, but as you continue the product you start feeling different. It definitely helps to control hunger and I saw a nice consistent loss in weight, on average about 3-5 lbs. per week, of course with my pretty intense workout regimen. This is a great product if you're not looking to feel super hyper while looking for the toilet super fast because you're super nauseous!

Reason: This protein shake is actually pretty delicious. It smells like Vanilla and tastes just like it and I LOVE Vanilla anything! I usually mix mine with milk instead of water because on average I don't drink as much milk as I should, but I drink more than enough water throughout the day. So to get the calcium, vitamin D, and other benefits milk has to offer I mix all of my protein supplements with it. Plus I like the consistency when mixed with milk instead of water, although at times it does get a little clumpy.

Reason: Yum!!! This is a great energy booster before the gym. Plus it makes me feel like I can lift a car with one hand, LOL!!! Did I mention that it's yummy?
