Thank u Jerry! The nutrition part was the hardest 4 me b/c me and food have a long love affair going on, lol! But I am actually very proud of myself lately b/c I've been extremely disciplined in that area so far. Sometimes what u don't know can hurt u, so I've been doing a lot of studying in the area of nutrition to make saying "no" 2 certain foods much easier. But thank u again 4 the encouragement :-)

I actually signed up for 2 courses, the Fitness Trainer and the Performance Nutrition course. How long have u been taking the PT course? Are u with ISSA too?
