Overall Goal: My basic goals are really just maintaining good health to compliment my active lifestyle. As a USAF medic and fitness trainer, I want to look and live the part. There's nothing worse than someone who doesn't live what they teach.

Motivation Level: 9/10
Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Danielle
Sex:
Female
Age:
26
Location:
Alaska, United States
Occupation:
USAF Medic, Health & Beauty Consultant, Personal Fitness Trainer
Hampton High Attended 1998 to 2001 Hampton, Virginia United States
When I Started:
May, 2009
How I Started:
I've always been pretty athletic, running track and other sports involvement. I recently got married and my husband is really fit and active in bodybuilding so because of him, I picked up the sport and I love it!
Why I Love It:
I love that I'm, for the most part, in control of my body transformation. Thankfully I have pretty good genes so my body composition makes for an easy transformation. Working in the medical field has defintely helped me understand the human anatomy and really get to the core of my workout and what muscles I want to develop.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love reading fitness magazines, particularly the Oxygen magazine, Runners World, and Women's Health. I also read Cooking Light and other recipe guides. I enjoy attending local figure and bodybuilding competitions to give me an idea of what the judges look for and also see well developed muscles on other people to see what areas I can work on. Keeping track of my transformation also helps out a lot in staying motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
My triceps are forming quite nicely. Abs are coming along, but I know that I'll need to be more disciplined in my eating habits before I start seeing the true fruit of my labor with those muscles. The biceps are also forming...small, but they're there, lol!
My basic goals are really just maintaining good health to compliment my active lifestyle. As a USAF medic and fitness trainer, I want to look and live the part. There's nothing worse than someone who doesn't live what they teach.
Goal (Long):
I'm open to all suggestions when it comes to supplements, eating and fitness tips, and anything else you would like to share. I'm forever researching products, workout routines, and healthy recipes as I am an avid writer on any of those topics. My overall goal is to get in the best shape of my life while I'm living the best years life has to offer me.
I have been taking the PT course for about three weeks, I', also signed up for performance nutrition as well as physical therapy.... how long have you been in the AF?
Hey Danielle thanks for the add, you look great. Looks like your on the right path, just keep eating right and working hard and all your dreams will be meet. :) - Take care!
