hey there, thanks for checking, its been a busy week for me but I'm doing good, I started low carb inductions this week ( again) yeah again, but i refuse to give up, I think I will be ready to post a up todate pic the week of the 21st

yes that was me too, I got back on track sat morning.. I woke up early and went to the gym.. my sunday started out great, protien shake for breakfast before church, and family chose to dine at my fav. pizza restaurant... my calorie count was @ 2010, with no exercise over 150 gr of carbs. but I did well today 1200 cal, and 1hr of elliptical and @ 15 min of weights at the gym im hungry right now, but I'm gonna chew on a piece of sugarless gum

I am coming back from being on vacation since tuesday, its been 4 days of eating junk, and I only worked out at the hotel 1 time.. I am actually scared to get on the scale, I think i'm going to go on clear liquids for 3 days to give myself a jumpstart

whats up girl Mz Rabbit!!! looks like you are at a stand still just like me!! I been getting back on track for the last month but still cant stay on... I havnt gained but I really need to get back to working out 4-5 days a week like how I was.. be blessed

I see that you have gotten back on track.. I did but fell before I could post anything... so I bought myself an outfit that was too tight & I threw away the receipt to help motivate me to get back to where I need to be.

hey there, i'm just checkin in on you... you still doing great.. I been still for last few weeks, change in my work schedule causing me not to be able to get into the gym... plus my work surroundings changed during that time.. was around ppl that love to eat...so I'm at a stand still

Hey there, I just stopped by to see how you are doing... I think i'm stuck again at 226.. I cant get the scale to go down, I started atkins induction phase last friday and it still has not moved... its been a week, its been only like 1 lb, and that 1 lb comes and goes. I think if im not down by 5 lbs next friday i'm going on a liquid diet for a few days maybe something like the master cleanser oh well, be blessed

hey there, thanks I figured that i was lifting too much, I'm already doing 1 hr of cardio. so I'm going to drop weight lifting down to 2-3x a weekI just looked at your pics they are awesome WTG!!

Hey there beautiful! thanks for the compliment, I feel like ive been at this weight too long, I just got some fat burnings that i ordered off of this site, I hope that it jumpstart my weight loss again, you are looking good too. I been logging my food and exercise on sparkspeople.com, they have great tools there,but i still like BB. if you go on there, go to my page, ladyT7 and check it out you might like it, helps keep track of everything. Hey dont give up the fight girl!!!

thanks!!! The last 2 weeks have been rough for me, with graduation celebrations and eating out.. I am starting to dread when ppl want to go out to eat.. I lose focus in a restaurant. but praise God I havnt gained anything in 2 weeks you lookin good too you are blessed that weight dont settle in your middle
