How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Well, its making me practice what I preach, people that I know need a life change, in every area of their lives... if they can see me change, then maybe they will.

it needs a makeover, I'm working on it!!
I can say that I'm working out 5 days a week.
1hr of cardio each day that I workout and reduced weight training to 2-3x a week instead of 5
It's my pleasure to offer support to someone like yourself who has certainly earned and deserves it. I believe we can all use positive comments to help fuel the fire of fitness that burns within us. I believe that fitness is like a marathon rather than a sprint, but one of the great things about it is that after a short while the benefits start showing themselves and provide extra motivation, to keep us pushing forward. Stay strong.
By the looks of your progress I would say that you are really on your way. Congrats!!! Too many people think it can’t be done and so they just sit on the couch and don't even try, but you are different, you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. If there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
No such blessing! I ate like Templeton the rat on Charlotte's Web. No training. No clean up. No nothing. I am so ashamed! I will probably show a gain of 5lbs in the morning!! I must go repent because I need I was such a glutton!!
Yeah I did a lemonade clense for a couple of days when I was coming off of a slip up. I think it helps you get your head right again if nothing else. I started a new workout plan this week (P90X if you've heard of it) and dropped 11.5 pounds last week. So stinking excited! I know you can kick yourself back into gear girlie. We got this :)
Yes maam I've been a bit frustrated, but I know tht ultimately it is the things that I have not been doing enough of. Since I started back to school this semester I haven't made as much time for working out, but this week that is all changing kicking back into gear and I've already lost 2 more pounds! Woo hoo! Let's get back into the swing of this thing! xoxo
It may take a couple more weeks for the weight to go down below what I set it at! But it will! I didn't lose no weight but I am happy that my body fat percentage had dropped 1%.We've both been working hard these past months though so I know were both going to get back on track quick & in a hurry! We can do it!
I had gained some like 5lbs lucky it wasn't more but It's coming back down...I'm getting the diet in check if I eat something high in calories & fat I have been trying to at least stay in my calorie range for that day.
Thanks for checking in on me! I have been at a standstill too, the past couple of weeks I kind of fell off track, I had slacked on the workouts and was eating everything, instead of saying no to food from co-workers I was saying yes.
