How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Well, its making me practice what I preach, people that I know need a life change, in every area of their lives... if they can see me change, then maybe they will.

it needs a makeover, I'm working on it!!
I can say that I'm working out 5 days a week.
1hr of cardio each day that I workout and reduced weight training to 2-3x a week instead of 5
No such blessing! I ate like Templeton the rat on Charlotte's Web. No training. No clean up. No nothing. I am so ashamed! I will probably show a gain of 5lbs in the morning!! I must go repent because I need I was such a glutton!!
Yeah I did a lemonade clense for a couple of days when I was coming off of a slip up. I think it helps you get your head right again if nothing else. I started a new workout plan this week (P90X if you've heard of it) and dropped 11.5 pounds last week. So stinking excited! I know you can kick yourself back into gear girlie. We got this :)
Yes maam I've been a bit frustrated, but I know tht ultimately it is the things that I have not been doing enough of. Since I started back to school this semester I haven't made as much time for working out, but this week that is all changing kicking back into gear and I've already lost 2 more pounds! Woo hoo! Let's get back into the swing of this thing! xoxo
It may take a couple more weeks for the weight to go down below what I set it at! But it will! I didn't lose no weight but I am happy that my body fat percentage had dropped 1%.We've both been working hard these past months though so I know were both going to get back on track quick & in a hurry! We can do it!
I had gained some like 5lbs lucky it wasn't more but It's coming back down...I'm getting the diet in check if I eat something high in calories & fat I have been trying to at least stay in my calorie range for that day.
Thanks for checking in on me! I have been at a standstill too, the past couple of weeks I kind of fell off track, I had slacked on the workouts and was eating everything, instead of saying no to food from co-workers I was saying yes.
Hey! I'm gaining on ya!LOL.
With posting the progress pictures even with a little weight lost you can tell a difference.I can see a difference in your new pic, your face does look slimmer. You might as well post a new body one!Well keep up the good work & keep on pushing!
Hey just stopping by to say hello! I see that you are making great progress! Every time I glance in on ya the weight has moved down & I see that you have lost inches!Your doing great!I need to act like I'm on a race with you & step my game up since were around the same weight!LOL
Praise God Girl i just watched ur videos and I am ready to go! I her ya about Sunday morning work out! I was just thinking that last Sunday when I was dancing and worshiping so hard that I was drenched by the time p&W was over!;) I am a crazy woman when it comes to worshiping my Lord!
2-3 x on weights will do the trick. Cardio at this stage should be primary until you are pleased with your results. Once there you can reduce the cardio and increase the weights. And thanks for the comment.
Increase your cardio input. You should be breaking a sweat while doing cardio. No sweat and you are not burning fat. Shoot for 45 min to 1 hour per session. Weight training is a plus, so just increase your reps and lower your weight you lift.
