Your transformation is AMAZING! Got any tips for a newbie? How often did you train? What did your resistance training look like in the beginning? How low did you go on calories?

I'm trying to change my lifestyle..but its not easy. I'm trying to fit in workouts as often as possible. I feel like I need to transform my mind in order to get motivated and change my life. In the meantime I am educating myself about fitness. :)

I would love to fit in 6 days/week of exercise but I just can't seem to do it. I just have to try harder...I'm gonna build up to it if it kills me LOL

Hi, If you don't mind me asking....what did you do to lose the weight. My body composition is similiar to your "before" photos and I was wondering what worked for you?

Thank you so much for all the info. I am looking to lose some fat first and then start lifting seriously. I am trying to master my macros (lol) right now. I eating 1600 cals with a 39/39/22 macro set up. Doing cardio 3x a week for 30 min and lifting full body 2x a week. Am I on the right path?
