I sure do like what I am seeing in the gym mirror these days. I am adding muscle but still need to get my body fat down.

I feel really good about where I am now. But, I have a ways to go yet to reach my overall goals.

I am at the gym 4 days a week. I love doing HIIT! It rocks!! I am up to 4 miles in 45 min.
