This photo was taken in 2007 after I lost 20lbs. I was in Hawaii and I was 165lbs. I was still not happy and decided to start working out more.

I was told today that if I start to bulk up I would no longer be sexy. I hate it when people hate and put people down. Think I will go workout and get rid of this tension.

The Bowflex eh? Check out the journal section in the forums. No better way to motivate yourself. You can get some good tips on programs too. Take care.

"Flub"!!!! My daughter uses that term all the time. I didn't know anyone else did! Too funny! I have a basic meal plan on my page if you want to try it.
