4 weeks into my new Aerobics routine and 6 weeks into my fall training session.. seeing real results in Delts Triceps Quads and Hamstrings..
I wanted to start over with a new life and a new body...
Why I Love It:
It relaxes me, and I love the way my body feels after.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really enjoy being able to do the things I have always wanted to do.. Not being limited by my weight and fitness.. Dancing the night away and the looks and comments from others..

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm eating a low carb, high protien, Diabetic Low GI Diet.. beans, fresh fruit, no sugars, salt, potatoes, junk, or white flour in any form, all skim Dairy products, Olive Oil, Salmon, Fish
I work out at the gym 5 days a week with a mid week break. I also do kickboxing twice a week..
I start with stretches, 20 mins of eliptical,
stretch, 20 mins of core training,
40 mins on the tread, 3 & 6 min. intervals at 50% to 100% elevation at 3.6 pace. Stretch,..
Strength training...

hey lady, good morning. thanks for the reply, jogging is great but also tough if you aren't used to. I understand as i fall in the same category. Try jogging in small phases....good luck. it will come and thanks for your best wishes. Happy training.
