How I Started:
I started with taking late night runs to loose as much weight as possible because i was 50 pounds over weight and didnt feel good about myself. After loosing over 60 pounds (weighed 145) I started to lift weights...and the rest is history

Hey Buddy, Just trying to get myself a bit more proportional and symmetrical. Working on my chest too because you can't be a fitness model without a decent chest and mine is lagging. What angle are you taking to achieve your goal?

I finished my bulk in Jan... Hit 312 as my highest weight gain.. Been dieting down now.. At 284 last weigh in and holding a good amount of size... Got 3 shows 1 drug tested and 2 non...
