How I Started:
I started with taking late night runs to loose as much weight as possible because i was 50 pounds over weight and didnt feel good about myself and didnt have much confidence..after loosing 60 pounds i started to lift..and gained 35 pounds of muscle mass in 11 months and got leaner!
Why I Love It:
the pumps, makes me feel good, gives me confidence, seeing results, the ladies
How I Stay Motivated:
Noticing strength and mass gains

Loosing 60 pounds in 18 weeks and then getting my bench press up 40 pounds in 8 weeks

before the transformation..i look high in this picture..i was 215lbs
cutting up while gaining mass...im about 193lbs...still not big and cut enough but im getting there..i want bigger arms and shoulder mass but it will come
I finished my bulk in Jan... Hit 312 as my highest weight gain.. Been dieting down now.. At 284 last weigh in and holding a good amount of size... Got 3 shows 1 drug tested and 2 non...
