When I Started: Dec, 2007
How I Started: At first, I wanted to start working on weights for running long distance and now I am doing both.
Why I Love It: I was always on and off for years, this is the first time I've been steady at this for more then 3 months. I am going on my 6th month and I feel great, I have no want to stop anytime soon, my results keep me going.
How I Stay Motivated: As I said my results keep me going, my arms have nice tone to them, my legs have trimed down and the butt stays up now, lol, and I stay focused on my long term wants, I want to be stronger, I want more muscle, and I really want to run a full marathon in 2009.
BB Accomplishments: I dropped 35lbs and gained muscle, I just finished a 1/2 marathon and got more races ahead.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Some do it for attention, and I believe some do it just to let out the pain of that very last set. I do, but as low as i can
