How I Started: I started working out in High School, I took an advanced fitness class, and I loved it.
Why I Love It: I feel great when I work out, I have more energy and it makes me positive about life, and Who doesnt like to look good?
How I Stay Motivated: I check out bodybuilding.com and MonicaBrant.com everyday and seeing people that are in amazing shape motivates me to do the same.

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): I want to get down to about 10% bodyfat and get as tight as I can so next year I can compete in a figure show.
Goal (Long): I am going to train five days a week and lift medium weight with little resting between sets and do 15-20 reps for each set. Circuit training is how I think I will lose body fat the quickest.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

Hey chickie.....yep, you lose some boobs. I didnt have much, but now I pretty much am all pecs. You have to ask yourself if you would rather have more bodyfat and biggger boobs, or be leaner all over with smaller boobs. If it bothers you like it does some. most just get implants to round things out.....it happens
