I want to get down to about 10% bodyfat and get as tight as I can so next year I can compete in a figure show.
Goal (Long):
I am going to train five days a week and lift medium weight with little resting between sets and do 15-20 reps for each set. Circuit training is how I think I will lose body fat the quickest.
Hey chickie.....yep, you lose some boobs. I didnt have much, but now I pretty much am all pecs. You have to ask yourself if you would rather have more bodyfat and biggger boobs, or be leaner all over with smaller boobs. If it bothers you like it does some. most just get implants to round things out.....it happens
