Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
They help keep me motivated, help me push for more and are there to spot when I need it. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
By being lazy! Not finding out how to do proper form and technique can cause injury. Also by lifting a weight your body isn't trained yet to accept will make it very easy to get hurt.
