hey lampir! i train hard and eat big! lots protein and good carbs and helathy fats. chicken, wheat toast, yams, rice, so forth. I train cardio everyday (5 days a week) and i have a 5 day split. Thanks for messaging me man, and keep training hard. its hard work but it pays off!
