How I Started:
I got on the scale one day and saw my weight was out of hand for me. I've lost around 14 lbs since Oct 08 and still going...I want to transform my body. It's challenging to do on a vegetarian diet...
Why I Love It:
I naturally have a muscular body type so my body thrives off of lifting and strength training. I actually look forward to working out, unlike some. I just get too bored with cardio.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have no other option but to keep striving for body perfection. I can't stop until I see the results I want. Fitness makes me feel so much better.
