Review: To be honest, I was chicken when I heard about how good results this supplement was known for. I tried this out on it's lowest dosage and was quite pleased with the results I gained.
I took it 1x a day, in the morning, before my morning workout. I enjoyed the buzz I got but I can honestly say this is NOT for the caffeine sensitive. Eventually, I moved up to about 2x a day, working out immediately after each dosage and lost 15 lbs in 7-8 weeks with a steady workout plan. I went from 151 to 134.5 throughout the spring.'
I will warn some that if you have any, and I mean ANY type of heart condition, do not take this supplement. I've suffered an uncontrolable heart rate at one point in time. Do monitor your heart rate when using this.
