How I Started:
I am 39 lbs. overweight, & so over it. Just got in my P90X program last night. Starting tomorrow, Aug. 3, 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love for my girls to see me doing it. So they will know it is just something you go do everyday. & I love the way I feel afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing progress. & thinking about how my little girls see me. I don't ever want them to know what it feels like to be fat. I need to be a better role model for them.
I have been over weight the last 6 yrs. & I am so over it. I am very modivated when I see all of you muscular women who use to be in my shoes. I want to tone, tone, tone.
okay, I am soooo not reaching my goal. I am so far off it is not even funny. I gave myself plenty of time, so my new goal is to loose 24 lbs. by my 35th birthday in April. If I don't make this goal I will def. have to invest in a personal trainer. wish me luck....

overall diet wise had a pretty ok week, excercise has been non-existent tho :( doing a weigh in tomorrow (did sunday last week so 6 days worth of eating pretty clean) cardio in the morning - my gals weight is approx 9st 7lbs and last week i was 11st 10lbs - so im 31 pounds overweight - i WILL do it tho :)
Im here :-) been on and off the wagon so to speak - needed some motivation then i realised the only person who can do this is me so im back on track - upping my cardio or im never going to drop the bodyfat - how are u doing? x
Hi Sweetie :) I boil it and shred it and put it in a container. Throw some veges on it and some 'I can't believe it's not butter' spray butter and it's pretty good. Or I bake it & have a half of a breast or less each meal. It usually only lasts a few days so it's ok. I do eat overdone chicken that tastes like shoeleather too! I over cook everything! I'm easily distracted! LOL

I'm a big baby. I teared up. My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds by July 1. My half one point April 3rd is to have lost at least half of that if not more. and tone up in the process. What about you?
OK, here's your pull! We CAN do this! I LOVE that new group, I just happened to look at my control panel and there wuz the invite! Each new day is another opportunity to get it right! :)

hi yes its a fact i can pile it on a lot quicker than i can lose it, i have 33 pounds to go, tomorrow was the official start date for my diet etc but ive knda been doing it all this week too, hopefully tomorrow i will have lost a little weight even...will update tomorrow after gym, good luck and stay motivated we CAN do this!
