What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'd like to have the body of Terry Crews (aware that I am not black) but I'd like to have the physical conditioning, strength, power etc of Vitali Klitschko.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Focused on my biceps to much. Didn't workout the rest of the body.
Not getting enough knowledge before I started working out.
I thought this week we would cover Grappling and Takedowns. I was a little wrong, but still not displeased. Again, amazed!
Session Two was about breaking out of choke-holds and counter-attacking with combos. The instructor briefly explained the science behind using momentum, rather...
