When I Started:
How I Started: I started boxing when I was in High School. After becoming competively involved, I wanted to increase my strength and endurance which led me to the world of bodybuilding.

its 90 day program with alternating days chest and shoulders,polymetrics"jumping" then arms and back,yoga" some hard shit" then legs and back, kempo Karate, for the first 3 weeks, and more like core cynergistics, and ab ripper, its about 12 disk total i think this is my third week my body is still in shock i have worked at for the past 20 years but never to this degree its an awsome work out if you get a chance check it out on the tube or the net
