Good progress in such a short time. Keep up the good work. I saw getting sick took you out for a month. Similar thing happened to me in January, and after I got back to the gym I had to make up strength I had lost.

Great form, a V-shape is visible, chest and torso is well defined. Have you had your BF tested lately? You may already be at your 7% goal.
