How I Started:
I was watching 300 haha and I really wanted to change my look. I had already been lifting before but now I really want a change my look.
Why I Love It:
It lets me blow off alot of stress from my job and helps mr improve my lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep watching 300 and my IPOD without both of my tools I would give up on my workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
I just want to bench 250 lbs 15 to 20 times and drop some inches off my waist for now.

Not looking for a six pack just getting rid of the love handles. More square chest and bigger arms. I have a lil less than a year before i get out of the USAF and my free gym pass so I hope I can do it.

I am at Holloman also. I am deployed right now though. My husband is also SFS at Holloman. He will be back from his deployment in about a week. How long have you been at Holloman?
