I've been working out off and on over the past few years but around Christmas I started thinking of what my New Years resolutions would be. Exercise and eating healthy was #1.
Why I Love It:
It's something that i've always loved and enjoyed but never put forth the effort. A few weeks of continuous exercise and I was hooked. I love the feeling I get and i've never felt better. Even on my sore days :)
How I Stay Motivated:
For one thing I notice the progress I am making also visiting a couple of websites of some girls who inspire me-Jamie Eason, Gina Aliotti, Monica Brant and Buffmother.
BB Accomplishments:
I've noticed improvements throughout my whole body. There is more to do though!

My 16 week diet has started, 5 days ago. This is my first time to have a serious diet from a trainer. So far i'm doing well, haven't failed myself. It is hard cause I do get hungry and it feels like my food wasn't enough. I'll manage to get through this though because I want to compete!!
