Ben busy sorry for the late reply. I do three days heavy(protein intake is high and carbs are low)Do ten minutes of cardio after each workout. Do one day of cardio for an hour. Then do three days light(protein intake is low and carbs are high) Then do ten minutes of cardio after each workout the take one day off.
