Had a hernia and started lifting after I healed and never stopped but I was overweight.
Why I Love It:
Health benefits, and it's overall a better way of life. I'm a sucka for it...it's like I gotta have no other way!

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
workout log because hand written is the safest way!
