Had a hernia and started lifting after I healed and never stopped but I was overweight.
Why I Love It:
Health benefits, and it's overall a better way of life. I'm a sucka for it...it's like I gotta have no other way!

Well I used to model but as far as BB goes I'm in training now. Trying to get my wheels bigger. Pics soon.

1. One arm Pulldowns- 2sets of 20 reps
2. Stiff-arm pressdowns 2sets of 15 reps(drop sets)
3. Hammer strength low rows 2sets of 15 reps
