I always loved the gym but have not ever been consistant, for more than a few weeks and have never eaten the right things
Why I Love It:
It keeps me from drinking J/K, It makes me feel good and focused.

Well its not much but a 300 pound deadlift, 275 bench, and a 300 pound squat at 175 I guess thats not bad

I have been lifting heavy for a little while trying to get some mass on me. I would like to go from 185 to 170 in about 3 or 4 weeks. I really want to look differant when I get home from this tdy. I also hople that this will let my body fat % goal come true

I am in the gym all the time, doing Cardio and lifting but cant get rid of the Belly anyone got any advise
