been laid-up with a ruptured bicep tendon and rotator cuff injury, had surgery 6 weeks ago--takes 12 weeks until i can ever consider starting lifting again.
probably not going to add any new pics until i recover fully (9-12 mos to really start hitting the gym from what the surgeon said).

not big on sauna/steam room/hot tub after working out--tends to make me overheat as i am already overheated from a hard work-out... don't think it does anything other than maybe relax you some and get you to sweat-out any toxins--i'd imagine drinking lots of water probably does it just as well, maybe better. working out hard is what matters--all the after stuff won't do an ounce of good without working the muscle enough to stimulate adaptation/growth.

i'm actually just visiting my partner's family. i'm from chicago. since i've been out here, there is so much good food i think i'd put on 30lbs if i stayed here more than the week we are staying!

i like a bit of fur. i get stubble too quickly and am like sand paper within 24 hours. too high maintainance to keep it shaved. i did it once when i was on swim-team, legs, arms, back, etc. it felt really weird in clothes.

i've not done martial arts in a while, like 20 years--but i used to do 250 sit ups every morning when i was in my late teens, and 500 per weekend day. a strong core was needed for the high kicks.

you're not looking bad there yourself. did the pituitary issue effect your GH production?

no, a guy i was hanging out with for a while in boystown worked-out at a gym on broadway--not sure what it was called--i worked out there a couple of time, but thyat was the only place in that area where i've worked out in the past. i work out out in oakbrook, my work has a health club in the basement. it's very convenient.

my chiropractor, who is also an MD, is named Tom. not sure what quads he owns (or co-owns?). i know he ripped a tricept off the bone a year and a half or so ago--he was my chiro for one appointment, then his partner took over my treatment because he was unable to do adjustments with his injury.
