How I Started:
Wanted to improve my phsique/appearance in jr. high school. Worked-out on and off, and did martial arts for several years--but then got bogged down with work and life and didn't get serious about it until about 5 years ago--after having a back injury. I realized I could not take my health for granted anymore--and committed to working out and strengthening my body, which stabilized my back.
Why I Love It:
I feel good, have better self image, am treated with a higher degree of respect--and it feels good to work my muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body transform over time motivates me to keep at it.
hi bro, id like u share me something in ur opinion,i would u see my pics and give ur opinion and what do u suggest my to progress my body.i add to my workout sauna and steam,when i finish my legs workout i sits 20 min in sauna and 10 min inn steam,do u think its useful ?
