I want to gain about 40 lbs of muscle in the next 4 years without ever gaining too much fat because I am doing it too look better, be stronger, etc. If i am doing it to look better I do not want to go through long periods of time with fat covering up muscles.

well i usually try to split them up into different days.
but i kno its better to do weights bfore cardio. but i never have the energy to do cardio then.
so its usually cardio then weights.
the cardio also keeps my heart rate up during weights. so its more of a fat burn.
