Breakfast, I normally keep it pretty simple durning the work week, I thankfuly work 8-5 Monday through Friday which rocks. Yay consistency.
Either some Optimum Nutrition Whey, with half cup of oats with a few eggs. Or the same Whey & Syntha 6 with a few eggs. Syntha 6 has good carbs in it, hince why there's no oats.
On the weekends, since I have more time I get more fancy. Protein Pancakes with natural peanut butter and honey is a major win. Or a big ass omelete, with a protein normally chicken again. Or a lean sasuage or something. Protein Pancakes are probably my favorite though out of the two. Natural Peanut butter and honey is a major win.

I got a 335 pound flat bench press, I know that flat bench is kinda a pissing contest to some. Others will argue it's very overrated, regardless of how you feel. I felt great getting that much weight up unassisted. I always keep my back planted to the bench, no arching my back and went wide grip. Not even a year ago I was 305 lbs @ 40% body fat and struggled with 95 lbs flat bench (muscle memory ftw). I once did a fantastic job of smashing myself against the pavement and almost killing...
