To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.
I want to lean down, but also gain muscle. Lean body mass % up as much as possible. I am also a college athlete so the proformance part of training is also very important.
Transform in the sense of always getting quicker, stronger, faster and better overall. Not for a specific event, contest but rather to just always challenge myself.
