Hey man, I pretty much do a typical 5 day split(Chest, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, Back). Don't really do cardio, even when cutting. Lift relatively heavy and my last cut I was eating around 2800 cals/day, low carb, low sodium, and relatively clean. My only carb meals were breakfast and around 5-6 pm when leaving work I would have a wrap which would give me energy for workout around 8 pm. Oh, and stayed away from the boozing. I'm pretty much just maintaining now till I start bulking again.
I didn't know Khamenei knows how to fly a Sesnar plane.

Well i probably got my abs from my 3 years of track and field; running everyday and doing hundreds of ab exercises till u feel like u cant breathe.

depends but I would go with recreate. It is a semi-stim and works really well with fat loss. lean xtreme is good too but I have had better success with recreate to be honest. What I would suggest is to start with recreate and go through a bottle, then switch to lean xtreme for a month. this way your body wont get used to one thing and the fat loss is less likely to stop
yo i know i am a month late with this reply but i havent checked my bodyspace in a while. I lost tons of fat using usp labs recreate. there are zero sides and it doesnt affect your sleep at night at all, as long as you dont take it before least 6 hours before bed. i recommend it. no acne for me at all
