I dropped 30 pounds from 2002-2004. I started lifting off and on in 2006. I slacked off; I had no consistency. During March, April, and May 2008 I gained 10 pounds because I didn't eat right and I didn't lift. I thought I was moving into middle age. Then, in June 2008, I found BodySpace and decided to change my attitude, my eating, and my approach to living.
Why I Love It:
I love my music as I work thru the reps . . . knowing it's between me and the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is maintained through my mind's eye: I have a vision of how I wish to look and to live.
