jetsfandan The scale is a double edged sword, for sure. I had my wife hide our scale because it just pissed me off all the time, but remember that we are adding muscle weight too! Hang in there man. One thing that I've been doing too is I picked a pair of my jeans that used to fit and once in a while I'll try them on. It always motivates me when they fit a little better than last time. raliger Just saw the comment you left on "0 Time For Fat" body group. P90X is a great program that will help you get results. The nutriton plan it comes with(or one similar) is essential if you want to see some cuts ie six pack abs. Also approriate sleep is golden to lose weight. Nov 27, 2010 12:37am
