Goal (Long):
To lose 15 pounds of fat to reach my goal of 10% bf. I also want to bench over 300lbs before summertime. I want to be squatting 600 for reps of 8 by the end of the summer and to be deadlifting 400 for reps of 8 also by the end of summer. Then next year in the winter I want to be in good enough shape to enter a competition.

I was right about holding a lot of water. After about a week I lost all the water so I ended up at 202lbs. Which is still a good gain. My lifts have been going up pretty well. Other than that theres not too much else to report except I am still cutting.
