Wow!! You look amazing!! I'm really enjoying your Thyrotabs/Cytolean log! I'll be starting the Thyrotabs in a few weeks and can't wait. Best of luck!

It worked fairly well but I think I probably recruited delts a bit too much. 29' wide between my hand placement so that might be too wide. I'll probably go ahead and get the sawhorses or folding chairs pretty soon. At least that way I can adjust the width.

Thanks Hack Squat! I think I'm going to up the intensity on my abs and try to always use weights on them. Mine seem to be fairly well developed already but there's a thick layer of fat covering them right now at about 25% bodyfat overall.

Hack Squat, what kind of frequency do you use for abs? I've been using weighted crunches as well but doing them just once per week.

Thanks for the feedback on doing dips at home. Here's something I managed to improvise with. I'm wondering if the grip is a bit too wide for dips though?

Great interview! I workout at home too and have been neglecting dips even though I've been wanting to be able do them. Now that you gave me the idea I'm going to get some collapsible sawhorses since I can get them real cheap. Keep up the good work!

Hey SCT, you're progress has always motivated me to set goals and reach them! Great job! I hope I can get my arms built up like yours in the profile photo. I'm stuck at around 16' (or little less) right now.
