How I Started:
I GUESS I KINDA STARTED AFTER I HAD MY FIRST DAUGHTER. THEY WEIGHT CAME OFF PRETTY EASY JUST STARTED TRYING TO TONE UP. AFTER MY SECOND CHILD( MY SON) I WORKED OUT A LITTLE. I GUESS I REALLY STARTED WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT TRANSFERED TO HAWAII. BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT WITH MY THIRD CHILD, MY SECOND DAUGHTER I STARTED RUNNING. I ABSOLUTLEY FELL IN LOVE WITH RUNNING. I SEEN FAST RESULTS AND THE MENTAL RELEASE WAS WHAT GOT ME THREW HIM BEING IN IRAQ. I WAS UP TO ABOUT SIX MILES A DAY. WE HAVE SINCE MOVED BACK TO THE MAINLAND AND NOW I ONLY RUN 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK, ABOUT 3 TO 4 MILES. HOPE TO BE BACK UP TO 6 SOON.
Why I Love It:
WITH WORKING A FULL TIME JOB AND HAVING 3 KIDS I LOVE THE ENERGY I GET FROM WORKING OUT. I LOVE PLAYING WITH MY CHILDREN. I LOVE THE CONFIDENCE I FEEL WHEN MY BODY LOOKS GOOD.
How I Stay Motivated:
IT'S EASIER FOR ME WHEN I HAVE SOMEONE TO WORK OUT WITH, AND SEEING RESULTS. HOPING THIS SITE IS MOTIVATION.
I HAVE A LOW THYROID, TRYING TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHTÂ AND WAS LOOKING INTO ANIMAL CUTS. WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK. ANYONE USED THIS AND DID IT WORK FOR YOU?
Hang in there girl...we ALL have times when we can't find our motivation! This is when I depend on my like-minded friends at the gym and at Bodyspace to get me thru. Make tomorrow a better day... never to late!!
Good to hear (the great part). I am normally a "cleaner" eater than most but this weekend was pretty bad. According to the scale I'm still losing weight so my pretty bad is a relative pretty bad but this weekend was not one to be proud of :(
Well I think you could notice a little bit in 30 days. I really think if you pay good attention to your diet and started a workout plan you would see some great progress in no time.
Hey Mama!! By far the best "butt-lifter" exercies are weighted walking lunges, smith squats, straight-leg deadlifts and lying hamstring curls. I do super light weight and only do legs once a week. This will help a lot!! PM me if you have any other questions. You look amazing.
