Description: this is in 2004...just wanted to qualify again for nationals. Still had 6 weeks till nationals so I think I looked ok for this show. Didnt cut water just put protan on and went onstage. SAD part..I broke my back in a freak accident days later. Iam now recovered and HOPEFULLY going back to nationals this year

MAN...looks like Iam dont for the year.  I torn my left patella tendon and left quad while training.  Surgery looks like will be next week.  I should be out 6-12 weeks total and then rehab.

hey Dominic, its been a while but this is your aunt patty's step-son Steve. i was just searching the internet and decided if i could find you on here. I had just a quick question. I am 199 right now pretty solid muscle and i kind of have a little gut on me and i am looking to tone up and get some vascularity... any suggestions?

Great physique! I also plan on competing next year. I have one question for you: I am trying to move up a weight class also but it seems imposbile to me right now. How did you approach your diet when you knew you had to gain weight without spilling over? I understad if you don't want to resond and reveal any secrets you might have.
