I read your transformation story and was inspired by it. I too have struggled with drug addiction and used it as a means to change the way I felt. It only made me feel worse. You are an example of what hard work and determination can change not only the outside but primarily the inside. Thanks for sharing your story.

I completed my 8th week of INSANITY this week. I have one more week to go until I complete this 60 day workout program INSANITY by Shaun T. I lost 4lbs. this week from 187lbs. to now weigh 183lbs. I feel great. I wish & give you my best. Continue to "DIG DEEPER!"
