yeah i'm quitting the YMCA around july 15th so we can definitely lift then after that over at the school. do you think dumbell bench and shoulder press for a month or so would be a good idea? yes i know i'm 130, much better than being fat haha.

also, i have a little problem with josh and ilya trying to neg me all the time in the forums. is there anyway i can stop this, because i think it'll contine. If i click on their profile under for example BigDubbdiesel forum ignore, would that block them? let me know then about that, it doens't bother me, and i don't think it'll go in the red too quickly, but i don't really want them to do that anyway though.
