over last two weeks strength going up quickly, hope it goes up at least 10% overall around december

just started lifting again about a week or two ago, and switching workout routines up and doing fewer exercises with 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps

stop lifting for a couple of weeks, think im overtraining. Working on cardio and endurance instead of lifting next 2 weeks.

I basically just lift weights and work out about 3 times a week trying to get stronger and get more endurance.
