How I Started:
I basically went at my high school weight room with a friend and started.
Why I Love It:
I like it because you get stronger, and get better overall physically. It's also healthy, and I like to be more athletic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing that I'm improving in I believe every aspect of being stronger and also in running, and everything else.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have a major accomplishment in bodybuilding, but basically being much better athletically than before.

Goal (Long):
For the long run, my goal is to basically try to stay in pretty good shape and/or improve cardio wise so i stay fast and have alot of energy, and also continue to get stronger and more endurance. At the same time, i want to keep my bodyfat percentage down. I don't want to gain weight unless it's muscle, but that's not important to me if i do gain any weight. people often assume just because of my bodyweight, i can't do anything good physically, but in reality i can prove them wrong and it feels great. I can perform good physically without being big :)
