How I Started:
I basically went at my high school weight room with a friend and started.
Why I Love It:
I like it because you get stronger, and get better overall physically. It's also healthy, and I like to be more athletic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing that I'm improving in I believe every aspect of being stronger and also in running, and everything else.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have a major accomplishment in bodybuilding, but basically being much better athletically than before.

Goal (Long):
My goals now (beginning July) I'm going to try to continue doing what i did last time trying to improve my strength, but also working more on cardio, and endurance by going to see how many pushups, pullups, and dips i can do and see if i can improve that again from a few months ago. Also going to be trying to improve my strength, but going to try to switch things up more, and keep it at average of 3 sets of 10. Even though I'm lifting, i'm now going going to "try" to involve a little more running, and biking, and endurance a little more. Also, i'm going to try and do some more ab work, since i was slacking on that and try to get them shaped up better. Since it's summer, i'm going to try this because i can go outside more and have fun! Hopefully with basketball and football will help too. I love doing endurance and cardio! As far as strength goals, im hoping to increase everything a little at a time, but going to max out hopefully in 2-3 months instead of waiting 4 which is kinda long.
