How I Started:
Well I have always worked out here and there. My dad was a lifter and to me I just wanted to be just like him.But when I turnt 19 I chose to start and keep my self going and to improve.
Why I Love It:
I love working out becuase of the feeling you get after the work out or as you look in the mirror.To know that you are a strong person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated thanks to my friends Like D, Big Mac and my Dad they keep me going and push me no matter what they dont let me give in.
I want to keep improving every week in my benching I want to become bigger and stronger.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is by the time im 21 to be around 200 pounds and benching around 300. I know its hard road on the count of my height and all but I belive that with dedication I can do anything.

I want to GAIN 50 lb
