How I Started:
started in high school. was never really into it until now. i need to improve but not sure on how to do it. UPDATE*** Bulking up, also pic above is about a yr and a half ago at 145. Going to see how long it will take to get to 175>clean bulk.
Why I Love It:
Feels good, more energy, plus the burn. The burn is like a drug, it's amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
The fact that maybe, just maybe i could gain definition and muscle.

Bulking and gaining muscle then cutting.

no most gainers work but they dont give that many servings, the most you will get may be like 10 to 15 servings it's a waste of money, what im doing now is adding carbs to my protein. its cheap and it works just like the gainers that you pay all that money for.
