What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i try to eat every 2 1/2- 3 hours. My diet consists of Proteins- Eggwhites, chicken, ground turkey, sashimi, fish, shrimp, whey&casein powders. Carbs-Oatmeal, Ezekiel Bread, sweet potatoes, brown rice, wheat germ. Fats-flax oil, dry nuts, avocado & i lovvve my smartbalance peanut butter <3 i eat all kinds of vegetables and fruits-apples,berries,cantelope,honeydew & grapefruit.i try to eat every 2 1/2- 3 hours.
