How I Started:
After almost losing a fight on the street while working, I decided that it wasn't going to happen again. I mainly started for strength, but saw results and was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Like most, it's time for myself. There's a lot of stress in my life and working out helps. Plus, it makes me feel better when i see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
That's a good question. I know my results would be greater if I were more dedicated and intense. But I feel I'm getting to the age where I just want to look and feel good about myself. So, in a nutshell, it makes me feel better.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major. My accomplishments are in the change in my physique (although not mind-blowing). That and the fact that friends my age are lazy and greatly overweight. I don't wanna be one of those guys.

Never taken a pic of myself since I've been lifting. Snapped this one in Feb. 2007 after about 5 years of lifting. Nothing overly impressive, but I feel good about myself and I guess that's all that matters.
Better be careful bearin down like this...might get dirty. Anyway, feeling pretty good when I took this one. Lighting wasn't very good, but it seemed to add to the illusion of vascularity. Not much size difference, but I'm slowly making gains considering my age.

Since I was lazy Friday and Saturday, I counted those as my 2 days off and got after it yesterday.  I hit arms yesterday and did something a little different.  Instead of supersetting bi's and tri's, I did bi's first, then tri's after.  My tri's have always been good, so I make sure to work...

Hey there LEO. Say the HYDROXYCUT is doing OK. I have to get into my routine more. Going from sitting on the couch after work to being a fitness nut again is harder than some think. So my changes haven't been as drastic as I might like them to be but they are coming. Peace :)

Yeah, lemme know if it works for ya. Really, all you need to do is just pull up the supp facts charts on bb.com and compare them side by side. The HyperShock's a little cheaper but there are subtle differences. I do like that the HyperShock can actually be shaken/mixed where as the NO-Xplode will try to blow your lid off your mixer... Oh, and the HyperShock tastes way better!

Hey, I saw your post inquiring about the NO-Xplode. If you're considering it, I'd shy away from it. It's an under-dosed supp as far as I'm concerned and way too much caffeine. Ask most people who use it and they're using 2-3 scoops of it. I've found using HyperShock from MyoGenix to work much better. Plus it's a better blend with the kre-alkalyn and such in it. Mix 1 heaping of that with 1-2 scoops of IDS WaxieMaize and drink that throughout your workout!
