I started working out in highschool for sports. I played football, basketball, and baseball. I lifted on and off in highschool. I played baseball at the University of Illinois and was always doing the team workouts. After seeing the results in the games I got really into Lifting.
Why I Love It:
Cause you feel the best after you have just had a good workout. Even if you have to limp out of the weight room cause your sore you feel great. Also its a great social environment in the gym.

I read your blog and really the only way to drop that ammount of weight is dehydration. you cant loose 15lbs of fat in a week. I seen an interview of a PL that looses 17lbs in 15 hours lol all water
