I was a four year wrestler/football player during high school. Deployed to Iraq and lifted alot during my free time.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump you get when you finish a workout as well as the feeling of exhaustion during a workout and then the energy right after.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding articles, pictures, and the overall desire to put on weight.
