Overall Goal: I want to gain and maintain around 15 more pounds. I'm at the very bottom of the normal weight scale for my height. I'm going for an atheltic and healthier look, nothing huge.

Goal (Long):
I don't want just skinny guy abs, but a muscular core. I'm going to do this with help from Stevep78. Go check him out at fitnesspoynters.com.
Thanks it's really simple actually. I do a lot of wide grip pull ups but I keep my range of motion to a certain degree to make keep constant tension on my lats. I'm going to make a back vid eventually and put it up.
Long time man! My bodyfat has dropped so quick.....I am gonna keep it at 7% while maintaining. sitting at 4% Increased my protein to almost 300 g a day...increased my carbs to 220g...Mass is key now.
Hey mate! Thanks for the comments...You're right, I should update my stats more often...and I will :) Weight is going up without an increase in bf, so things are going good...What about you?
No, those are not my skinny jeans, but hey! Thanks for reminding me! I just tried them on and they fit nice and snug but not tight at all. Will take a progress pick this week with them on. Keep on training hard. Can't wait to see you with that 15 pounds. That's not a whole lot. Very doable. Good luck, hope you get it sooner rather than later.
I switch it up alot. For back, I rely on heavy bent-over rows, whether its barbell or dumbbell. Definitely heavy wide-grip pulldowns or pull-ups and reverse grip is another favorite of mine. For traps, just load that bar with some plates and do smooth, powerful shrugs. Behind the back shrugs are a killer for them. Overall tho? you can't beat deadlifts haha
Cheers mate. You are looking good too, good wide back. Something I need to work on. I try to train my abs like any other major muscle group and hit them with heavy weights. i.e. 45kg on my chest, decline sit-ups for 15 or so reps. Any tips on the back?
Yeah shoulders is definately my weak point. I have noticed though that my shoulder come back quite quickly, shoulders and legs. My chest and back take forever to get back into shape.
