hey bro! my spinal cord damage is not a complete transection so, i do have very limited standing & walking abilities. my legs are perminately weak & uncoordinated from the nerve damage i sustained when i broke my back

I don't understand the stats. I put in my lifting stats for a certain amount of reps, but then the site automatically converts this into a predicted one rep max. Funny thing is I never attempted a one rep max. let alone lifted the weight that is proposed on my site.

well i want to lower my bodyfat percentage actually... i should correct that. its at 11%, i want it to be at about 6% by the time summer starts.

Very wide on top, wide back, nice lats. I'd say concentrate on bringing out your arms and forearms. I had a similar problem for many years, but stick with it. You'll get them up to the level of your torso eventually. Good luck!

you asked me about my measurements. 5-10 185 lb, 31-in waist, 46-in chest. not sure about arms or legs. Looks like you have a great base to add mass
