When I Started:
How I Started: I have always been active person. I hate standing still. I love to be outdoors...I've played soccer and basketball from age 5-22. Then I injured my back to the point where I can't run. Now I enjoy rollerblading, biking, and snowboarding. I am really not supposed to snowboard but I love it.
Why I Love It: Accomplishment - I love the feeling of pushing your body to it's limits where you feel like you can't go on but then you pass that peak and it only gets easier. (cardio)
Great Stress Relief!
How I Stay Motivated: I review my goals weekly.
I am really hoping that this website will keep me motivated!!

No, not in my case at least. They do sponsor me so they send me products. I have tried a lot of stuff, and I really do like it. I do use a protein powder that is not sold on BB.com so it not listed on their options. I really like this other companies stuff also, It's called Global formulas they have great stuff too. you should check it out.

Lipo 6x has the multi phase capsule supposedly it creates immediate as well as sustained release. Whereas the Lipo 6 is normal release.
